Success or Leader?

It is well known now in the sales industry that a high performing sales member will not automatically be a leader of others. You may have seen this: an on-site sales member is promoted to team leader, but the team doesn’t actually perform better with the leader in that position.

It’s true that success in one area does not guarantee success in another area.
